• Predictive models: AVM, yield analytics, and risk overlays provide estimates only and do not constitute financial advice.
• Automated screening: Certain STP eligibility checks are automated. You may request human review for any decision that significantly affects you.

• Financial institutions for STP, mortgage processing, and affordability checks.
• Multi-cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, compute, storage, and AI processing.
